Welcome to the gallery

My nature themed gallery has something for everyone who loves wildlife and nature. Come discover something wild happening in the mountains.

So, I opened a gallery…  After 17 years of working and selling my art on the outdoor art festival circuit, the time came to fold up my tent and open a brick and mortar gallery.  I found the perfect location in the artsy and eclectic town of North Woodstock, New Hampshire.  In a way, it’s kind of like having a great big giant tent, except I don’t have to worry about the wind knocking it over or the rainy weather ruining the artwork.  You can find me here creating art in a corner of the gallery unless there’s a wintery mix happening, in which case I work in my home studio.  It’s SO good being the boss!

In addition to my watercolor paintings of wildlife, birds and nature, you can also find iconic photography of the White Mountains, handcrafted woodturnings, unique nature inspired jewelry, stained glass, pottery and more by a few of my fellow artists.  Each person was invited to be part of my gallery because their work fits with the nature theme of my artwork.  Be sure to stop in to the gallery the next time you’re visiting the White Mountains to see the fine art and handcrafted items.

We’re a creative bunch so there’s always something new to see!  Want to know more?  Click on the link by the images below, and IF the artist has a website, you can check out their artist stories and more.

Meet our artists

Jeanette Fournier

Jeanette Fournier is a self-taught artist who creates artwork of animals, birds and nature. She specializes in detailed watercolor paintings with a distinct and original style. One of the hallmarks of her work is her illustrative style of painting.

Mike Boylan

With 40 years of experience, Mike’s woodturnings show a mastery of the many skills he’s honed over the years. He prefers to let the natural grain of the wood be the highlighting features of his beautiful but functional pieces.

Wendy Wetherbee

Her unique one of a kind jewelry reflect her strong connection to nature and tells a story. Each piece is handcrafted and hand-fabricated by her. When she uses stones, each has been chosen carefully and selected for their unique characteristics for her designs.

Chris Whiton

His photographs of the White Mountains and northern New Hampshire are created with an eye for artistry and skill that results in fine art images that are breathtaking. A lifelong passion for the mountains and the expansive wilderness of NH are the inspiration behind his compelling and dramatic photographs.

Holly Johnson

Creates whimsical and fun pottery ornaments that are meant to be decorative for year-round enjoyment. Meant to hang on the wall, in a window, on your tree and at your office, you’ll find moose, bears, stars, trees, dogs, cats, moons, fish and more in several sizes and a variety of finishes.

Melanie Hamilton

Her stained glass art began as a hobby but after more than 30 years of learning and perfecting her skills, she now creates her glass art fulltime at her home studio in NH. Every glass panel, fused glass piece and ornament is handcrafted from start to finish according to her vision.
